CPR & AED for family and friends
70% of cardiac arrests in Ireland occur out of hospital and usually in the presence of a family member or friend. Those are statistics published by the Irish Heart Foundation.
So if you know how to perform CPR and use an AED you may be able to save a life.

General First Aid
This 1 day course covers all aspects of possible First Aid incidents. You will learn how to deal with burns, fractures, poisoning, choking, bleeding and wounds as well as unconsciousness, heart attack and stroke.
Did you know that this course is compulsory in most European countries in order to get a driving licence?

Occupational First Aid Refresher
This 1 day course is mandatory every two years for Occupational First Aiders under H.S.A. regulation.

Choking and CPR for restaurants and hotels
This is a short course aimed specifically at hotels and restaurants. It will teach staff how to deal with choking incidents and CPR.
