General First Aid

This 1 day course covers all aspects of possible First Aid incidents.

You will learn how to deal with burns, fractures, poisoning, choking, bleeding and wounds as well as unconsciousness, heart attack and stroke.

During the course you will have plenty of possibilities to practise CPR on brand new manikins and learn the Heimlich Maneuver on Anti choking vests. They provide the most realistic way to learn the correct technique on how to relief a foreign object.

Did you know that this course is compulsory in most European countries in order to get a driving licence?

70% of cardiac arrests in Ireland occur out of hospital and usually in the presence of a family member or friend.

Those are statistics published by the Irish Heart Foundation.

So if you know how to perform CPR and use an AED you may be able to save a life.

Our fee is € 65 per person for a maximum of 8 people

First Aid For Everyone is recognised as a Occupational First Aid training provider by the Occupational First Aid Assessment Agent (OFAAA) which is appointed by the Health and Safety Authority to register Occupational First Aid training providers.

This 1 day course is mandatory every two years for Occupational First Aiders under H.S.A. regulation.

A one day refresher course, for anyone whose occupational first aid cert needs to be renewed. In keeping with Health and Safety Legislation, you can only participate in a refresher course if your certificate expired within the last three months. If your certificate is more than three months out of date you must redo the full course.

The fee is € 140 per person and the course can be held at client’s premises.
